WHAT DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BRING EACH SESSION?

Players attending our programs should bring the following items to ensure they are prepared for training and for any weather changes that may occur:


Essential kit

  • Outdoor football boots

  • Indoor football boots or sneakers

  • Shin pads


Nutrition

  • Water bottle

  • Snacks (Please note: LFC clinics are nut free)


Clothing

  • Additional shirt, shorts and socks

  • Rain jacket (light and suitable for training)

  • Cap or hat


Health

  • Sunscreen (we provide additional sunblock on site)

  • Where applicable any medical supplies (e.g. EpiPen, Inhalers etc)


Other

  • Towel
